Cancellation Policy

Customers can receive a full refund or reschedule if they cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Reschedule Policy:

Customers are allowed to request a reschedule of their booking without any additional cost, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

However, rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking time will only be accepted subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations within 5 business days to the original payment method that was used for the booking. However, please keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions:

  • In case of facility closures due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or maintenance issues, customers will be notified promptly, and full refunds or reschedules will be offered.
  • The Box zone reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances and will provide a full refund or reschedule in such cases.
